We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

1. Return Window:
You may request a return  within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items on clearance or final sale

  • Undergarments or items marked as non-returnable

  • Damaged items due to customer misuse

3. Return Process:

  • Email us at dolphintot25@gmail.com  with your order ID and reason for return

  • Our team will initiate a pickup or request you to ship the item to our address

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll approve your return

4. Refund Timeline:
Refunds are creditied within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
